VACANCY: Regional Manager Soufflet Seeds

DIVISIONS: HEAD OFFICE(Slavuta), all part of Ukraine, other countries. 

 

DUTIES: 

- Is the representative of Soufflet Seeds in his dedicated territories.

- Is responsible for the development of Soufflet Seeds sales.

- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan for countries in support of national objectives.

- Define an action plan with Soufflet Agro to reach the sales targeted.

- Gather market intelligence.

- Is responsible for providing the necessary information to the product manager and the sales team Soullfet Agro.

- Support development of new products through demonstration trials.

-Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

- Support and animate the local sales representatives team in order to give them all the tools and information in order to perform the sales target.

- Ensure effective interaction with Finance and Logistic departments.

- Animate, coordinate and follow the action plan Soufflet Seeds.

- Returns the information to the hierarchy.

- Follows performance indicators.

- Anticipates the needs.

- Establishes a weekly planning.

- Is responsible to knowledge of the market of the crops sold by Soufflet seeds in his dedicated territory.

- is responsible for the organization of SFS events.

- Need to have a good knowledge in the SFS portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experiences : 4 years in Sales Agriculture (Seeds industry is a plus)

- Language:Ukrainian, English, Russian.

VACANCY: Payroll accountant

DIVISION: head office (Slavuta)

 

DUTIES:

- To table working hours.

- To prepare personnel documentation and documents on payroll calculation.

- To Control of payroll calculation (cooperation with the outsourcing company).

- Submission of the tax and statistical reports.

- To carry out operations on the salary in an accounting system.

- Preparation of payments.

- Control of business trip  expenses.

VACANCY: Agronom consultant

DIVISION: HEAD OFFICE(Slavuta), all part of Ukraine

 

DUTIES: 

•The Agronom is leader of Agronomical development in a dedicated territory and according the profile can receive the leadership in one dedicated crops.

•He takes part of responsibility in the territory development by supporting sales team.

•Evaluate, follow up sales team agro level and involvement.

•Deliver Agronomic coaching to  sales team. 

•Work in close relation with the Key account department to develop consulting support directly in field for all growing period.

•Work with head of Agronomical department to build Agronomic best advises.

•Work in close relation with Agronomical department trials and experimentation team in order to build up data results (varieties trials / fertilization / crop protection / …).

•Leading presentation and visit to Farmer for dedicated agro consulting topics.

•Lead and develop hight performance sales INPUT and purchase commodities

•To contribute to the development of sales campaigns and lead implementation

•Responsible for managing /enlarge / create dynamism of a dedicated farmer portfolio link with a geographical area

•Defend and promote the image of Soufflet Agro, represent the company in a professional way.

•Drive agronomic support to farmer,while advise and field consulting, supported by agronomic department

•Reviews and inform the business regarding market trends, product needs and competitive environment

•Implements the sales strategy within assigned geographical area or channel.

•Implements initiatives that secure sales of defined products.

•Reviews operational activities to ensure optimal resource utilization.

•May contribute to Budgeting process, Marketing process, or to drive other corporate level. projects.

•Ensures proper forecasting and accuracy of sales volume.

DUTIES: 

•Developing and driving Mineral fertilizers products development in territory of Ukraine.

•Tactical execution of marketing strategies in short/middle term horizon.

•Develop new sourcing strategy and relation with key partners for supply.

•Work closely with country teams, functions, and European Products Managers to support and ensure effective execution of business plans and approved projects, and deliver forecasted financial results.

•Manage purchase position according group and country risks limit.
